Position Summary
- Assist with the development and distribution of electronic and print communications to promote Social Work degree programs.
- Manage social media content and admissions messaging calendars.
- Coordinate and support virtual and in-person admissions events.
- Collect, organize, and maintain admissions-related data and records.
- Generate reports and assist with data tracking and analysis.
- Prepare orders for office supplies, promotional materials, and other departmental needs.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to support admissions operations.
- Assist with the coordination and supervision of Student Workers and Graduate Assistants.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and admissions records.
- Help track and resolve admissions-related processes and inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of Graduate Admissions.
- Support initiatives that contribute to the continued growth and success of Social Work degree programs
Qualifications
- Experience in an academic or educational setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide courteous, professional, and effective customer service.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite
Hours
- Part-time position averaging 19 hours per week aligned with department hours during the academic year.
- No evenings or weekends
