One of the fastest-growing areas of healthcare involves the care and support of the aging population. If you want to help improve the health and overall aging experience for older adults, or if you want a better understanding of aging as it relates to your older family members, the Minor in Aging Studies is a great choice to complement your major.

The courses in Aging Studies will introduce you to the field of gerontology and aging studies and will provide you with a core understanding of the field. The minor has built-in flexibility so that you can choose courses that match your own gerontology-focused interests.
