The real estate minor, consisting of six courses or 18 credits, is designed to appeal to a broad range of students within and outside the School of Business who have an interest in real estate practice.

Careers

An undergraduate minor in real estate prepares graduates for a range of careers in the property and finance sectors. Graduates may work for real estate firms, property management companies, banks, or development agencies. The minor provides knowledge in property valuation, real estate law, and market analysis—skills valuable in both residential and commercial settings. With experience or licensure, graduates can advance into roles such as broker, asset manager, or real estate developer, or pursue further education in business or law.
