The undergraduate Real Estate Minor, consisting of six courses or 18 credits, is designed to appeal to a broad range of students within and outside the School of Business who have an interest in real estate practice.

Non-finance students, who have no prior knowledge of finance or real estate, should strongly consider this Minor, before venturing into the task of preparing for the CT State Real Estate Brokerage Licensing Exam. The Minor provides knowledge in property valuation, real estate law, and real estate brokerage—skills valuable in both residential and commercial settings.
