Students applying for the Master of Arts degree in Women's Studies must hold a bachelor's degree with an overall undergraduate quality point ratio of at least 2.5 (A = 4.0). Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Students entering the program in the fall semester will begin the cohort courses at that time. Students in the spring semester will take electives and enter the cohort the following fall.

Students must apply to the Graduate School as well as to the Women's Studies Graduate Program. Official transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and a personal essay are required. Admission to the program is not official until all materials are forwarded to the Graduate School for evaluation and a formal letter of acceptance is sent by the graduate dean or the associate graduate dean to the applicant.

Please contact the Women's Studies office to request a Women's Studies Graduate Program admissions packet, which contains all of the information and forms required for admission. Below are links to the Master of Art's Women's Studies Application and the School of Graduate Studies.
