The University along with the SCSU Foundation have committed to an additional $1 million in financial aid to current Southern students in need of financial assistance.
Gifts to the Southern Scholarship Fund provide an immediate impact to current Southern students in need if financial aid. In 2020, over 1,800 students required financial aid from the University, and that need continues to grow. Gifts to the Southern Scholarship Fund offer essential support to students that allow them to continue their Southern education and fulfill their dream of a college degree.
