The four-course, 12-credit, Communication Disorders in Multilingual Children - Certificate complements the M.S. in Communication Disorders and enables speech-language pathologists (SLP) to better serve the growing population of English Learners in CT and nationally. This program provides graduate students with additional training in evidence-based practices for multilingual children. Instruction and supervised clinical experiences focus on the assessment and treatment of developmental communication disorders in multilingual populations in early intervention and school settings.
