Military-connected students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, certificate, post-baccalaureate, and approved professional programs may qualify for VA and/or state education benefits.
Graduate and Undergraduate students frequently use:
- Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33)
- Veteran Readiness and Employment (Chapter 31) Benefit for service-connected disabled veterans
- Military Tuition Assistance - Benefit for Active Duty, Reservists, and National Guard members of states other than CT
- Connecticut National Guard Tuition Waiver - Current members of the CT Army or Air National Guard
- CT Veterans Tuition Waiver - Veterans with 90 days or more of qualifying active duty service and an honorable discharge
- Employer Tuition Assistance - Veteran, military-connected students and adult learners may be eligible
- Transferred Post-9/11 GI Bill Benefits - Spouses and children/dependents of Veterans or active duty service members.
- Senior waiver (CT residents 62 years of age or older, qualifying veterans, and non-veterans are eligible)
Students, prospective students, and their family members are encouraged to meet with the Coordinator of Veteran, Military, and Adult Learner Services before registering for classes.
