The Office of Career and Professional Development welcomes the opportunity to assist our recent alumni. We work collaboratively with the Alumni Association to address all career needs.

Recent alumni (individuals who have graduated within the past three (3) years) may participate in the following services:

Career Advising Sessions

Individuals can request a 30-minute advising appointment with an OCPD career coach
  

Job Search

Use JOBSs, an online job board for full-time or part-time work, co-ops, internships, and on-campus student employment.
  

Career Events

Participate in Career Fairs, Networking Events, and other associated career programs.

  • Are you dissatisfied with your current career and are looking for a change? Is the possibility of downsizing, layoff or company closure in your future? The Office of Career & Professional Development can meet with you to discuss how your transferrable skills can be applied to a new career. The process can start with a self-assessment, lead to career research and evolve into revising your résumé and cover letter to match the qualifications of your ideal position. OCPD can also provide helpful tips on how to conduct an effective job search, discuss the importance of networking, and the best way to prepare for an interview.
