Join the Teacher Leader Fellowship Academy (TLFA)—a yearlong fellowship that helps teachers grow as leaders, inspire change, and strengthen school communities, all while remaining in the classroom. The program includes three late afternoon hybrid sessions, along with access to two full-day conferences. Covered topics change annually to ensure the program is most impactful to teachers and their respective school districts.

About the Teacher Leader Fellowship Academy
The Teacher Leader Fellowship Academy (TLFA) is celebrating its tenth year of empowering educators. Founded and Directed by Dr. Betty Sternberg, this program is offered through Southern Connecticut State University’s Office of Workforce & Lifelong Learning in partnership with the College of Education and is proudly endorsed by the Connecticut Education Association (CEA).
Mission: To tap into the expertise of classroom teachers and provide an empowering, collaborative fellowship that builds leadership skills without leaving the classroom

- 6–10 fellows: $1,390
